Job Description:
Responsible for the day to day administration for clients, by effectively managing your own workload to meet the team and dept. SLAs and KPIs ensuring that the client is at the heart of everything we do and seeking ways to improve client experience and outcomes.
 
  • Effectively manage your own caseload, including queries or escalations to you by other team members, colleagues across the group or external clients/advisers in accordance with target service levels and agreed timescales and in line with all relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Be responsible for improving ways of working, driving efficiencies in processes, whilst ensuring you meet the required quality standards.
  • Build effective and collaborative relationships across the team, department and organisation
  • Acquire, expand and retain sound product knowledge of relevant company products and awareness of their attributes and rules.
  • Responsible adhering to company Risk and Compliance policies and procedures. 
 
Key Skills/Experience Required:
Financial services experience in a related role is required. These could include but not limited to Wealth management, Pensions, Financial Advisory, 3rd Party administration, FS platform administration.  The role holder will need ‘Microsoft Office’ skills, including Word and Excel, strong communication skills, an excellent telephone manner, accurate planning and organisational skills and have a good attention to detail.  
 
Salary/Benefits Information:
To £25,000 pro-rata
