Since 1991 we have been providing expert recruitment services to a broad range of clients throughout the UK and internationally.
We work from a converted stately home on the outskirts of Bristol with excellent motorway links, extensive parking, impressive meeting facilities and 25 acres of grounds. Our team has evolved over the years and we are proud to offer recruitment and sector expertise in accountancy, financial services, general insurance, sales, marketing and general management.
As specialists, our team has a wealth of knowledge built through long standing trade relationships. Each specialist consultant in will read their trade press, attend their trade events and contribute to their trade publications. This builds our credibility and knowledge within our markets and allows us to understand the dynamics, needs and drivers within our sectors.
In addition to the experienced people who have joined us, we have a great track record of developing our own talent through active training and mentoring programmes. We are an adult business that is honest, supportive and embraces individual personality. We are also a robust and forward thinking company that can adapt to the changing needs of the market. As a result many of our team have been with us for over 20 years – a rare event in the recruitment industry.
Our environment is fast moving, dynamic and enjoyable and unusually for many companies most of our people have been with us for over five years, many over ten years and a couple of us twenty years or more!
