Contingent Recruitment

If you wish to consider a broad range of candidates with a variety of experience in a short timeframe without any upfront financial commitment – this is the solution for you. This search predominantly targets active job seekers, backed up by our LinkedIn network. You can expect us to advertise your role on all suitable ‘job boards’ while actively searching through those databases of registered job seekers. We will approach all suitable candidates on our own database and post the role on LinkedIn which will be visible to thousands of our contacts. Our fee is success based and an invoice is presented once the candidate has started.

Retained Search

In the case of a more senior hire, niche skill set, confidential assignment or when it is time sensitive and when the very best candidate in a specific market is required, then this is the solution you need.

Our Retained Search model is fully tailored, whereby we map out an entire market, identifying and approaching both the passive and active candidates, and putting those through a robust search and selection process. This process not only offers the best possible results, it delivers market insights on the perception of your business, the salary and reward information and how you compare, as well as offering the chance for you to control the message about your business to the market, enhancing your employer brand with the market.

A typical process might be:

Clearly define requirement, delivery dates, candidate profile and company culture.
Define hiring process and strategy.
Market mapping – Identifying competitors and additional talent pools to create a full market map. (The long list)
Initial screening: Quantitative screening, interviews and assessment.
Candidate reporting: Tailored candidate reports related to the long list.
Further assessment: Qualitative assessment of a confirmed shortlist.
Shortlist presentation. Including suitability assessments.
Management of the interview process and candidate resignation.
Assignment review: an open 360 meeting to discuss assignment success.

This model requires a retainer payment at the start of the process and a balancing payment upon the start date.

Partnership Model

If you are a company that is looking to scale up quickly or you have an ongoing need for the same type of recruit, this might be better for you.
