A respected market leader within the Flooring Sector who specialise selling a range products and they are renowned for selling innovative and sustainable products. They are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join their successful team.

Main Duties
This role offers diversity, daily key responsibilities will include:
- Give assistance to the sales team in creation and keeping projects up to date where needed
- Project sectors include Residential, Hospitality, Commercial and Sport
- Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls and manage project/sales cycle to close new business
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and target markets.
- Showroom Expansion: Identify, evaluate, and develop opportunities for new showroom locations or partnerships, and coordinate their successful implementation with internal teams.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty.
- Sales and Negotiation: Pitch products and services to potential clients, negotiate contracts, and close agreements to drive revenue growth.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement in-store and online marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, and merchandise displays.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates.
The ideal candidate will have the following characteristics and experience:
- Proven experience in showroom management or specification sales within the commercial interiors sector.
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing trends.
- Competent in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
