  • Established for over 20 years, my client has a broad and well - developed portfolio of unique, premium and patented natural health and wellbeing pet supplement products.

  • Distributed to the global pet market in over 50 countires, their customers include leading pet stores, vets and pharmacies alike.
 
The Role:            
  • Due to the recent unprecedented success of the online channel, I am privileged to be working on an exclusive basis for my client on the search for an experienced Sales Administrator to support the high - profile Amazon account and growth into Amazon Europe.
  •  
  • Reporting to the e-Commerce Manger, the role will be based within the prestigious Leeds office.
 
Duties Will Include:
  • Downloading Vendor orders
  • Creating Sales Order sheets
  • Creating manifests
  • Placing Purchase Orders
  • Placing Sales Orders on CRM
  • Receiving Stock on CRM
  • Creating invoices on CRM
  • Raising invoices on the Amazon portal
  • Downloading 90-day invoice reports from Vendor and updating Invoice Master with new invoices and status
  • Updating Invoice Master
  • Creating ASN's, carton labels & ASN labels
  • Checking bulk buy margins and present for approval
  • Checking promotion margins and present for approval
  • Monitor inventory levels on Vendor portal
  • Keeping forecasting information up to date
  • Investigating shortage claims to see if valid
  • Checking Portal daily for new Remittances - download latest remittance
 
The Person:
In order to be considered for the role of Sales Administrator, you must possess the following;
 
  • Based in/within close commute to Leeds
  • A wealth of administration experience gained from working within a sales office environment
  • Experience/knowledge of working with Amazon accounts would be an advantage
  • Strong PC knowledge and skills including Word, Excel, Outlook
  • An effective communicator with strong attention to detail
  • A methodical approach to tasks with the ability to learn new skills quickly
  • Effective time management and organisational abilities
  • Proactive and positive with a “can do” attitude
 
The Benefits:
  • The job holder will enjoy a basic salary of up to £25,000 p.a plus additional company benefits.
