Job Description:

  • The role of Pensions Team Manager is to lead and manage a team of c20 Administrators and ensure the operation and servicing objectives are consistently met.
  • You will be a key appointment into the client services area of the business and will be accountable for performance management, personal development and motivation of your team.


Further Responsibilities Include:

  • Create a culture of continuous improvement in the team by improving client experience and outcomes.
  • Ensure the team have up-to-date library of procedure guides and policies.
  • Assist team members with complex case work, sharing industry and product knowledge to assist clients.
  • Effectively build and manage collaborative relationships across the business.
  • Provide up to date and effective MI.
  • Ensure adequate risk management and controls are in place across the product servicing team.

Key Skills/Experience Required:

  • Strong knowledge of DB/DC pensions.
  • Proven product/technical knowledge.
  • Proficient in Word and Office applications.
  • Demonstrated people management skills.
  • Proven ability to train, coach and develop others.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Relevant industry qualifications.


Salary/Benefits Information:

  • £40,000 – £50,000 plus good package
