Our client is a true market leading supplier of both branded and own label gifting products. The Role:
Based from our client’s Kent office, this role is for a highly organised Product Development Assistant to support the company’s Product Development team with product data, sample coordination, packaging specs, and design briefs. You’ll also provide extra support to the Buying team during peak seasons.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Set up and maintain product data (SAP)
- Create barcodes, packaging specs and design briefs
- Collate samples for meetings and manage sample area
- Catalogue gold seal photos and ensure correct filing
- Format presentations and product catalogues
- Support buying with shipment tracking, customs documents and inspections
The Person:
- Confident with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work to tight deadlines and juggle priorities
- Self-motivated, proactive and enthusiastic
Basic Photoshop and Digital marketing knowledge, whilst not essential will be advantageous.
Salary: upto £26,000 (DOE) + bonus
