Our client is a leading international housewares brand known for its stylish, functional tableware and kitchen accessories. Due to expansion to their online presence, we are looking to find a ambitious ecommerce associate to manage and grow business in the UK on marketplaces such as Amazon and Wayfair.
KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
- Marketplace Management: Own daily operations for our Amazon UK Seller Central account, Wayfair portal and other UK ecommerce platforms. Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory levels across all channels.
- Listing Creation and Optimization: Write and upload product content.
- Order and Inventory Coordination: Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment with warehouses and logistics partners.
- Advertising and Promotions: Plan and execute marketplace advertising campaigns
- Customer Service: Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries.
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyse sales data, traffic metrics, keyword performance and competitor activity.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, marketing, operations and customer service teams to ensure consistent product presentation and timely fulfilment.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Ecommerce Experience: 2+ years managing products on Amazon Seller Central; hands‑on experience with Wayfair or similar UK marketplaces. Familiarity with listing tools, keyword research and catalogue management.
- Data and Analytical Skills: Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets, marketplace dashboards and analytics tools to interpret data and drive decisions. Experience with reporting platforms or ecommerce software (e.g. Junglescout, Shopify) is a plus.
- Marketing Acumen: Understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, paid advertising and conversion optimization. Ability to write compelling, benefit‑driven product copy.
- Organisational Skills: Detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple SKUs and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Communication and Teamwork: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred: Knowledge of UK/EU consumer regulations. A background in home goods or lifestyle products is an asset.
