Description
This rapidly growing Financial Services firm are looking to recruit a Product Development Manager into their team. With corporate offices in Newport and Cardiff, they are able to offer flexible working hours and the opportunity to split your time between home and office.
 
The Role
 
The role will see you working on new and existing Savings products within the business, identifying new market opportunities, developing new product ideas and conducting industry and competitor analysis.
 
Other responsibilities include
  • Line management responsibility over other team members
  • Producing and updating marketing material
  • Liaising with senior management and stakeholders

The Candidate

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in new product development within Banking or Financial Services. A confident and creative individual with an ability to work in a fast paced environment as part of a team.
 
The Package
 
  • Salary circa £46,000 depending on experience
  • Discretionary bonus scheme
  • 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays and  an additional day’s leave on your birthday.
