Looking for an experienced and proactive Engineering Manager to join our dynamic business to help us with continuous improvements and operational efficiency. To lead and manage a team of Machine Setters and Maintenance Engineers, ensuring production operates safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption.
You Will Be Responsible For:
- Team management.
- Preventive maintenance.
- Fault diagnosis.
- Health, safety, environmental and regulatory compliance.
- Continuous improvements and efficiency of manufacturing productivity.
- Cycle times, machinery capacity etc.
- Engineering records and documentation.

Key Skills/Experience Required:
- Degree, HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in chemical, process, mechanical, manufacturing or related engineering disciplines.
- Significant process engineering experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience undertaking HAZOP and process risk assessment.
- Knowledge of DSEAR and ATEX requirements
Salary/Benefits Information:
- £65,000 - £70,000
