Description

Join us in our mission to make circular design the new standard. At Circular & Co, we believe in designing out waste and creating products with purpose, built from recycled materials and made to be reused, repaired, and recycled again. From our award-winning Circular Reusable Cup to innovative product collaborations worldwide, our work is proof that circular design can and should drive real environmental change.

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Manager to take ownership of our end-to-end logistics and inventory operations, ensuring our sustainable products flow smoothly from suppliers to customers around the globe.

About the Role:

  • As Supply Chain Manager, you’ll oversee all inbound and outbound logistics, from supplier shipments (UK and China) to customer deliveries worldwide.
  • You’ll manage inventory across multiple locations, maintain accuracy in our systems, and continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
  • You’ll be at the heart of our operations, working closely with suppliers, 3PLs, and internal teams to ensure our products move through the supply chain cost-effectively, compliantly, and with minimal environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee UK and international freight movements, import/export documentation, and customs clearance.
  • Manage relationships with freight forwarders, couriers, and 3PL partners to ensure best performance and value.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels across all warehouses and partners.
  • Forecast and plan stock in collaboration with sales to meet demand efficiently.
  • Track and report on logistics and inventory KPIs, accuracy, lead times, costs, and fulfilment.
  • Drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes, with a focus on sustainability and waste reduction.
  • Support systems development and automation to improve visibility and control.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in logistics, inventory, or supply chain management (ideally in a manufacturing or import/export SME).
  • Strong understanding of international freight, Incoterms, and customs compliance.
  • Skilled in ERP or inventory management systems (e.g. Unleashed) and Excel reporting.
  • Excellent organisational and analytical skills with a sharp commercial mindset.
  • A hands-on, proactive approach, equally comfortable in strategy and day-to-day operations.
  • Positive approach to solving day to day challenges and problems
  • Passion for sustainability and circular business practices.

Desirable:

  • CILT/CIPS qualification or degree in Supply Chain/Logistics.
  • Experience in sustainable or circular economy operations.

Why Circular & Co?

  • Working with us means joining an organisation that’s redefining what responsible business looks like.
  • You’ll be part of a passionate, collaborative team based in the heart of Cornwall, united by creativity, innovation, and a shared purpose: to build a truly circular future.

Salary:

  • £40,000-£50,000 (DOE)
