Our client is looking for an Ecommerce Associate to help grow their presence across leading UK online marketplaces, including Amazon and Wayfair. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with hands-on ecommerce experience who wants to play a key role in driving online sales and improving product performance.
In this role, you will manage marketplace listings, support advertising campaigns, analyse sales performance, and ensure a smooth customer experience across our ecommerce channels.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing product listings on Amazon Seller Central and other marketplaces
- Creating and optimising product content (titles, descriptions, keywords and images)
- Monitoring stock levels and coordinating fulfilment (FBA/FBM)
- Running and optimising Amazon PPC and marketplace advertising campaigns
- Analysing sales data, keyword rankings and competitor activity
- Responding to customer enquiries and maintaining strong marketplace ratings
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience in ecommerce, ideally managing Amazon Seller Central
- Experience with product listings, SEO and marketplace optimisation
- Strong analytical skills and confidence using Excel or Google Sheets
- Good understanding of PPC advertising and ecommerce performance metrics
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Experience with Wayfair or other marketplaces is a plus
