  • Analyse and report on social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.

Product Development & Project Management:

  • Responsible for collating all customer enquiries, assessing the feasibility of the project, ensuring all product requirements are met before passing the enquiry on to the product development team and relaying the information back to the sales team.
  • Create and manage project timelines for all customer enquiries to ensure on-time delivery of new product launches.
  • Responsible for cross referencing prices received to the customer brief to ensure all product requirements are met before passing information to the sales representative.

  • Plan and manage promotional activities (discounts, bundles, giveaways, seasonal campaigns).
  • Organise brand-related events such as product launches, trade shows, and in-store activations.
