The Company:
Our client is a leading UK manufacturer and distributor of sustainable, award-winning products serving the Hospitality, Leisure, Foodservice, and Retail sectors. Their client base includes major QSR brands, pub chains, stadiums, festivals, and sporting events, supplied through a trusted network of distributors.

Following continued strong growth and product innovation, they’re now seeking an experienced Business Sales Manager to manage and grow key relationships with distributor partners and national accounts in the south of England these include Bidfood and Alliance.

 

The Role:
You will take ownership of several high-profile distributor relationships. You will be responsible for:

 

  • 60% Account management of wholesalers and distributers 40% business generation at end-user level.
  • Building strong relationships with distributor sales teams to drive product adoption.
  • Identifying growth opportunities within key partners and end-user clients.
  • Supporting the roll-out of new sustainable product ranges.
  • Reporting on account performance and contributing to strategic planning.

 

The Person:
You will be a dynamic and adaptable commercial professional with:

 

  • Proven experience managing high spend accounts.
  • A strong track record in the Hospitality and/or Foodservice sector.
  • Exposure to sustainable products or a genuine interest in eco-innovation.
  • The ability to build strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and reporting skills.
  • Creativity and flexibility in developing customer-focused solutions.
