As a Marine Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of marine accounts, cultivating strong client relationships, and providing tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs.

The Role:
- This is a retail-facing, non-Lloyd’s role for a Marine Account Executive, handling and developing a portfolio of UK-based and European marine clients.
- Managing existing marine accounts (including marine trade, yacht, cargo, and hull risks).
- Developing new client relationships, often through referrals and soft networking.
- Advising marinas, sailing clubs, boat builders, vessel sellers and boatyards.
- Attending client meetings across the UK coastlines.
- Providing technically sound, advice-led insurance solutions.
- Building toward a future leadership role, with succession planning in mind.
- You’ll be supported by an active digital marketing strategy, strong insurer relationships, and the freedom to broke and work however you think is best.
Who Should Apply?

- You’re already a Marine Account Executive with experience in marine trade, yacht, hull or cargo or P&I
- Or, you’re a Commercial Account Executive with some marine exposure, looking to specialise.
