- Our award winning legal client are now seeking to appoint a Marketing Development Assistant (as part of the Marketing Business Development team). You will work directly with the Business Development team who form part of the wider Marketing function. You will assist in delivering marketing plans across the firm. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive and sophisticated full-service marketing team. Further responsibilities include…
- Supporting the organisation of events/webinars and digital marketing initiatives
- Liaising with senior lawyers and stakeholders to ensure input into marketing material
- Updating client information on CRM system to ensure accurate and effective Marcomms
- Maintaining and updating marketing collateral, including pitch materials
- Market and competitor research
- Accurate administration and document filing/storage
Key Skills/Experience Required:
- A graduate (2:1) or equivalent with a serious and demonstrable interest in marketing related activities or 1 year experience in a similar marketing admin role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good time management and prioritisation skills. Able to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in email marketing and using a CRM system (desirable not essential)
- Strong MS Office (including Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
