Job Description:
The role of Investment Operations Analyst provides support of investment operations functions including internal systems and working with outsourced providers. Further responsibilities specific to Investment Operations Analyst include:
 
  • Process all dealing administration tasks using relevant systems for Wealth, Life and Pensions and stockbroking businesses.
  • Processing of corporate actions in conjunction with third parties.
  • Fee calculations and fee processing.
  • Reconciliation of business systems with outsourced providers.
  • Produce client reports and client investment performance reporting.

A leading provider of wealth and investment management to a wide variety of clients including private and corporate clients, charities and institutions as well as financial professionals. Established in 1918, they now offer a range of products and services to over 10 million clients and manage approximately £9bn of assets.
 
Key Skills / Experience Required:
  • Operations / Middle Office experience within Financial Services sector.
  • Ideally a broad understanding of investments and pensions.
  • Working with external service providers and third parties.
  • Some knowledge of processing of corporate actions.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and deadline orientated.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
 
Salary / Benefits Information:
£33,000 – £36,000 plus package.
