  • Leading defendant law firm, with an enviable reputation in the insurance market, currently seek a Defendant Motor Solicitor to join their growing team.

    The Role:

  • The motor team is a market leader in this field offering a full service with dedicated teams dealing with fast track, multi-track, fraud, credit hire, indemnity issues and representation at inquests and criminal prosecutions. 

  • Your role will be to effectively manage a caseload of pre-litigated and litigated motor cases. 

  • You will provide advice and guidance to insurer clients in relation to the procedural, liability and quantum aspects of the claim, including reserving.
    The Person:

  • To apply for this role, you will ideally have defendant motor litigation experience, with at least one years’ experience.  

  • In addition, you will have knowledge of CPR procedures and a good degree of technical motor knowledge.
