- A highly successful and progressive regional insurance broker are looking to add a Commercial Account Handler to their existing team on a hybrid basis. A company who truly believe in providing an unrivalled level of service to all their clients.
About the Role:- The Commercial Account Handler will be responsible for handling clients across a range of sectors with risks including Commercial Combined, Liabilities, Motor Trade, Property Owners, Fleet, Financial Lines and some HNW.
Key Responsibilities Will Include:- To provide a quality service in the administration and servicing of corporate commercial clients.
- Maintaining existing business and providing technical advice.
- Responsible for growing our commercial clients through arranging renewal of policies for and assisting with midterm adjustments.
- Providing an outstanding service by seeking to understand our client’s needs, operations, opportunities and risks.
- Liaise with Underwriters to help secure the best rates for our client’s risks.
- Organise daily work to ensure compliance is met at all times.
- Identify new markets, schemes and other opportunities to help grow the business.
- Acting as a referral point for less experienced colleagues.
Key Skills/Experience Required:
In order to be considered for the role of Account Handler, you must possess the following:- Previous Commercial Insurance experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service focus with the ability to build strong working relationships.
- Organised with the ability to priorities and manage your own time.
- Attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task, updating relevant systems where necessary.
Salary:- £28,000 - £34,000
