- This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working hands-on with professional grade equipment and thrives on interacting with customers.
- You’ll play a key role in showcasing professional power tools – delivering demonstrations, training sessions, and expert advice to dealers, commercial users, and local authorities.
Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations to dealers, prospects, and professional end-users
- Lead training sessions and presentations in both outdoor and indoor settings
- Represent the company at trade shows and regional events
- Build strong relationships with customers and the dealer network
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs
- Maintain accurate records using sales management systems

Candidate Profile: Product Specialist
- We’re looking for someone who is confident, personable, and practical – someone who can connect with people just as easily as they can handle tools.
You’ll Likely Have:
- Hands-on experience using power tools or garden machinery (e.g. in a trade, landscaping, arboriculture, greenkeeping, or similar environment or significant personal use)
- A natural ability to communicate and present to small groups, whether in training or educational settings
- Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to build lasting relationships
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with excellent time management
- A genuine interest in machinery, innovation, and battery technology
- Good IT skills (MS Office and business systems)
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the South East (including occasional overnight stays)
