A respected market leader within the Ceramics sector, who have experienced rapid growth over the last 10 years are looking to strengthen their team with the key recruitment of an additional Specification sales manager within London and the South East of England.
The company is renowned for manufacturing high-quality ceramic tiles solutions to the commercial sector.
About the Role:
The purpose of this role is to actively seek opportunities to have our materials specified in construction and design projects.
You will build relationships with key stakeholders such as architects, designers, consultants, and contractors to promote the use of our products. The focus is on ensuring our materials are considered and selected at the specification stage of projects.
Success in this role is measured by increasing the number of projects where our materials are specified and ultimately used.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identifying and pursuing project opportunities
- Engaging with specifiers to influence product selection
- Promoting the benefits and applications of our materials
- Supporting projects from early design through to specification
- Maintaining strong relationships with industry professionals
The Ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in specification sales, within the Ceramic Tile or Bathroom sector who understands the route to market via Architects, Designers and Contractors/
- Good understanding of construction products or willingness to learn
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and commercially aware
- Well, organised with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Full UK driving licence
