This independent broker in South Wales are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join their agricultural team. This role involves developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and delivering tailored insurance solutions.
The Role:- Ensure clients receive a quality service tailored to their needs and requirements.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities where possible
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and underwriters.
- Generate new business through marketing campaigns and promotional activities, including weekly visits to local livestock markets
The Person:- The ideal candidate will have extensive Account Handling experience or have previously worked as an Account Executive within Commercial Insurance.
The Package:- Salary circa £40,000 depending on experience, plus benefits.
