Description

We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive sales and build lasting relationships within the hospitality interior design market.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with hospitality designers and specifiers
  • Generate new business via client visits, showroom meetings and networking events
  • Present and promote exclusive furniture collections to clients
  • Manage incoming leads with professionalism and efficiency
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to grow brand presence
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with design, procurement and production teams

 

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in Hospitality furniture or a related Hospitality sales role.
  • Strong network within the hospitality design community
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about design
  • Flexibility to attend evening events when required

 

The Role:

  • Hybrid working with London base (occasional SE and South Coast travel)
  • Competitive package: salary, commission, car allowance, pension
  • Support from London office and wider sales/marketing team

 

Salary:

  • Up to £55,000
