Are you passionate about food and skilled in sales? My client the global leader in hot food preparation equipment for professional kitchens, is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and strengthen their presence across the South and Channel Islands.
With over 2,500 employees worldwide and award-winning technology my client delivers intelligent solutions for chefs across all segments of the foodservice industry. They are now seeking a proactive, results-driven sales professional who combines commercial acumen with a strong understanding of professional kitchens.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive regional sales by engaging end-users, consultants, and dealer networks
- Promote solutions through cooking demonstrations and culinary events
- Build and maintain long-term customer and partner relationships
- Manage your territory plan, pipeline, and monthly reporting
- Collaborate with the Internal sales teams to support customers
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience OR strong chef/foodservice background
- Experience in commercial kitchen equipment or foodservice supply
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a structured, self-motivated approach
- A passion for food, innovation, and customer success
- Driving licence and willingness to travel extensively
