Job Description: Demand Planner
You will play a key role in the UK supply chain, working closely with the sales teams that manage £multi-million orders into Amazon, major DIY retailers and key garden centre groups to ensure that customer demand meets stock availability.
Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Create, manage and adjust demand forecasts
- Analyse sales history, market trends and promotional plans
- Monitor and report % accuracy of forecasts
- Prepare reports and proposals for business improvement
- Liaise extensively with UK and European colleagues

Candidate Profile: Demand Planner
This is a role that requires advanced skills in data analysis and communication.
Applicants are likely to come from within the supply chain of a major UK retailer or a UK manufacturer / importer that supplies the UK retail market.
You should be able to bring:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in supply chain management
- At least 3 years of experience in demand planning
- Proficient working with demand planning tools and Power BI
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills and used to high levels of internal liaison
- Proactive and positive mindset
Salary/Benefits Information:
