Junior Sales Representative

• Full training provided from a highly experienced mentor
• Work from home and cover a sales region

Base salary £26,000 plus performance based bonus, company car, mobile and laptop

• If you have the right personality, business sense and communication skills this is a fantastic opportunity to get into a field sales role and be trained by a highly experienced mentor.
• Working from home you will cover a sales region including East Anglia, Northants, Leicestershire, Bucks, Beds, Herts and Essex. Your customers will include garden centres, gift stores and ecommerce businesses where you will be tasked with visiting regularly to build relationships, understand needs and present products that will sell through.
• As your experience grows you will become adept at time management, journey planning, questioning techniques, selling benefits, negotiation and closing. You will receive an annual salary review that reflects your progress and a bonus scheme that will fully reward your achievements and behaviours.

• You will be working for a well established supplier of gardening tools, wildlife habitats and decorative garden products. Key Skills/Experience Required:

• Previous field sales experience is not essential but we are looking for a special person with the potential to excel in this role.

You will need to have:

• At least 2 years of commercial experience in an environment that includes sales, customer service and communication. This could be in field sales, merchandising, retail, telesales, estate agency, recruitment or customer services.
• High energy levels, determination and a hunger to be successful.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Social confidence and the ability to build rapport with everyone you meet.
• High levels of IT competence and comfortable using all Microsoft Office packages.
• A full driving licence with no more than 3 points.

Salary/Benefits Information:

You will receive a basic salary of £26,000, a fully expensed company car, mobile, laptop and all of the tools and support that you need to perform this role from home. Following the completion of your probation period you will join the company bonus scheme that rewards both sales activities and sales achievements.
