Job Description:
Working from the company’s beautiful showroom in Pimlico, the job holder will be supported by a highly experienced Showroom Manager and, following a thorough induction, will:
- Meet with customers and build strong, genuine working relationships.
- Take time to fully understand clients’ needs.
- Work collaboratively with design team to interpret and project-manage commissions.
- Prepare and follow-up quotes.
- Work closely with the workshop to track production.
- Process sales orders, purchase orders and invoices accurately.
- Work actively with the marketing team.
Key Skills/Experience Required:
To ensure that customers continue to receive the highest quality sales experience we are looking for a special individual who can bring:
- At least 2 years of experience with an interiors business
- Experience of retail or field sales with an interiors product range
- First class communication skills at all levels
- A warm, confident, calm and helpful manner
- Able to manage a busy workload.
- A great eye for design and a desire to build a career in the interiors industry.
Salary/Benefits Information:
The company offers a negotiable basic salary that reflects the contribution that our new Sales Consultant can make. There are bonuses available for reaching quarterly and annual targets and a clear opportunity to progress into a more senior sales role as your knowledge of our business and clients grows.
