Job Description: Account Manager
  • Negotiable salary of £35,000 - £40,000 plus bonus, company car, additional benefits and European business travel.
  • This is a new role, created to drive sales growth and learn from the European Sales Manager.
  • You will be home based in a hybrid role that will task you with national travel, visiting a network of established and prospect distributors.
  • Adopt a pro-active approach to customer appointments – regular meetings, building strong networks and great relationships.
  • Understand the business needs of each customer and make product recommendations that deliver sales growth.
  • Achieve sales and profit targets that meet company and customer expectations.
  • Work with all internal departments to on-board new customers.
  • Actively promote the brand at relevant trade shows and events.

Candidate Profile: Account Manager
  • To maximise the success of this role we seek a talented field sales professional with experience of industrial sales to distributors and/or end-users.
  • A track record of field sales success in an industrial or distribution environment.
  • High attention to detail with strong, clear communication skills.
  • Robust negotiation and influencing skills.
  • A talent for planning and organisation.
  • High energy and a natural people person.
 
Salary/Benefits Information:
  • A negotiable basic salary between £35,000 - £40,000 plus performance based bonus, company car or car allowance, 25 days holiday, pension plan and healthcare options.
