Basic salary £40,000 - £45,000. 1% commission on all new revenue. 15% bonus for achieving target. £5,400 car allowance. Pension scheme. 25 days holiday
This is hybrid role, working from home and from the Bristol depot. We are looking for a Key Accounts Manager with experience of the construction trade to maximise the potential of this role.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Inherit a portfolio of 50 Key Account customers including housebuilders, building contractors and civil engineering firms.
- Visit customers in offices and on-site. 70% account management. 30% business development.
- Use your sales experience and skills to develop multi-level relationships with all customers.
- Use consultative skills and great questioning to identify future sales opportunities.
- Follow up all enquiries with quotes and negotiate where necessary to secure an order.
- Liaise with Sales Director regularly to report against target and sign-off bespoke packages of products and services.

Our main requirements are:
- At least 5 years of field sales experience and Account Management in the construction products sector.
- Living in the Bristol / Bath area and used to hybrid working.
- Advanced communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- A proven track record of field sales achievement and success
- Energetic, sociable and a team player.
