This is a key role for our client, an internationally focused supplier of FMCG to both the UK and European markets. The Finance Manager will manage the finance team of 4 and be responsible for the day-to-day running of accounts and financial reporting.
You will manage the annual audit, review stock management and credit control processes and be capable of identifying and addressing any inconsistencies. The Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in improving processes and providing inspirational financial leadership within this £20m company. You will work closely with the MD and manage a team of 4 direct reports based in the Wimbledon office.

A respected £20m, FMCG business located in Wimbledon and within convenient reach of South Wimbledon station on the Northern line.

The Package:
The business can offer a basic salary in the region of £60,000-65,000.
The Person:
As a suitable candidate for this Finance Manager role, you will possess the following profile:
- You will be qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA / CIPFA / ICAS / ICAEW ACA / CIMA) capable of overseeing all aspects of financial management, including financial accounting and reporting, credit control and data analysis.
- You will possess experience of managing finance professionals, including Accounts Clerks and/or Credit Controllers.
- You be passionate about people and culture and will be both an effective leader and a great team player.
- You will be able to work from the Wimbledon office 4 days per week, working one day per week from home.
