- A highly successful coffee, vending and wholesale specialist with established professional partnerships with some of the biggest and prestigious brands.
The role:
Due to expansion and the recent acquisition of a major coffee equipment partner, my client is looking to add a new professional and experienced Coffee Field Service Engineer to the existing team but to focus specifically on the north of England.
Ideally based in or around the Manchester area, you will be required to maintain and service Traditional & Bean to Cup machines as well as a unique branded system.
Duties will be the varied and will include;
- Diagnosing machine faults and aiming for first time fixes
- Carrying out the service and repair of a variety of coffee machines
- Installing and commissioning of machines
- Ordering spares and equipment as necessary to maintain equipment
- Communicate professionally with customers at all levels
The person:
In order to be considered for the position of Coffee Field Service Engineer, you must possess the following:
- Previous field service engineering experience with a focus on specialist coffee machines as opposed to vending
- Solid knowledge of the coffee industry
- Good electrical skills and knowledge
- Based in or close to Manchester
- A full UK driving license
