- Open a new department for this $billion turnover power-tools manufacturer.
Design and implement the after-sales services that will maximise loyalty and reputation.
Working within an experienced European structure and be part of the UK sales and marketing team.
Job Description: After-Sales Manager:- Salary to £40,000 plus contributory pension and the potential for UK and European travel.
- This is a new role, created as part of a major investment in UK growth.
- We seek a talented and experienced After-Sales Manager or After-Sales Executive who can design and implement after-sales services that will maximise customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities Will Include:- Work with European colleagues to implement (and improve) all after-sales processes.
- Professionally handle enquiries from dealers and commercial end-user customers.
- Initial troubleshooting and diagnostics.
- Log and manage cases in the support platform.
- Customer contact via email, phone, webchat, and visits.
- Provide after-sales training for dealers.
- Approve warranty claims and advise on warranty processes.
- Liaise with Area Sales Managers as appropriate.

Candidate Profile – After-Sales Manager:- This is an important appointment within a newly formed UK business that is building a reputation for outstanding customer service excellence.
We are looking for someone who can bring:- At least 2 years of successful experience in an after-sales role.
- Experience of power tools, hand tools, landscaping, construction products, commercial vehicles or a similar product led environment.
- A high attention to detail and commitment to customer service.
- First class communication skills by phone, email and in person
- Energetic, resilient, gregarious with a positive outlook.
Salary/Benefits Information:- The successful candidate will enjoy a basic salary up to £40,000 with additional benefits
