An established, independent Chartered Insurance Broker seeks a HNW / Private Client Account Handler to join their specialist Private Client team.
The Account Handler will work closely with Client Executives and Account Directors to provide expert advice and tailored insurance solutions. You will also have the opportunity to manage your own portfolio of clients with the support of the broader team.

Responsibilities will include:
- Managing and servicing a portfolio of Private Client accounts from renewal through to day-to-day administration
- Supporting Client Executives and Account Directors with broking activities, reporting and client servicing
- Responding to client enquiries and policy changes promptly and professionally
- Provide a proactive and professional service for both internal and external contacts, including clients, insurers and colleagues.
- Identifying opportunities to improve client cover through cross-selling and reviewing potential gaps in cover
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards
- Be the first point of contact for day-to-day enquiries from clients, providers and other internal and external stakeholders
Key Skills/Experience Required:
To be considered for the Private Client Account Handler opportunity, you will have the following experience:
- Previous personal lines insurance experience with exposure to HNW / Private Clients insurance beneficial
- Knowledge of relevant Insurance Products and services and understanding of the principles of insurance
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively with clients and insurers
- Competent user of Microsoft Office applications
- Cert CII qualified or actively working towards the qualification
