Project Management Lead – 11kv-132kv

Job Description:

• Responsible for management of the project delivery team, with full operational P&L responsibility for the region
• Managing a team of experience Project Managers, to drive enhancements and profitable delivery of new connection projects across the region
• Responsible for assessing team capabilities and resources in line with existing project requirements and the forecast pipeline of projects
• Enhance and increase team capabilities and the scope of deliverable projects
• Report project performance to the Director, highlighting project challenges
• Build and develop processes and procedures to enhance project performance metrics (on time and in budget)
• Driving the development and expansion of the operational delivery mechanics in the region
• Directly manage and deliver key high profile, flag ship projects
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, driving a quality first ethos
• The role would suit a senior project manager looking for the next step or an existing Project Lead/Operations Manager looking to be part of a company’s growth journey

Key Skills/Experience Required:

• Strong project management skills
• Experience in delivery of projects from 11kv – 132kv (Experience at 132kv is essential)
• Experience in managing and reporting project performance (financial and operational)
• Leadership skills
