Area Sales Manager – South East
Engineering / Capital Equipment / CNC machines sales
- We are working with a market-leading supplier of high-quality industrial machinery to recruit an Area Sales Manager for the South East.
- This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and highly respected business, supplying precision equipment into a wide range of manufacturing sectors.
The Role:
- You will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of customers across the South East, working with both existing accounts and new business opportunities.
- The role will involve a consultative sales approach, understanding customer requirements, and recommending appropriate technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing and growing existing customer relationships.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Delivering product demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Maintaining a structured and proactive approach to territory management.

The Person:
- We are looking for an experienced Salesperson with a successful track record in machinery sales.
- The business will also consider applications from Engineers who are looking for career move into sales.
You Will:
- Be commercially minded with a consultative sales approach.
- Have strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Be self-motivated and comfortable managing a regional territory.
- Be based in the South East.
Package:
- Basic salary: Circa £45,000 – £50,000 OTE circa £100,000
- Outstanding bonus scheme with an excellent opportunity to double earnings
