UK Sales Team Manager

Job Description:

• Looking for a Sales Team Manager to manage our client’s office based sales team and all sales activity within the company.
• Motivate staff and lead the team to achieve sales targets.
• Chase leads and follow up on opportunities to generate sales.
• Negotiate wholesale trade agreements with national accounts, buying groups and major companies.

About the Company:

• Working for a well-established DIY manufacturer who have a portfolio of over 6000 SKUs across tools, garage equipment, heaters etc
• Part of a larger company with a drive for growth and development

Key Skills/Experience Required:

• You will have experience managing a sales team.
• Be skilled in contract negotiations.
• Experience in hard goods sales would be advantageous.

Salary/Benefits Information:

• £50,000 - £60,000 flexible DOE
