We’re recruiting for a successful, fast-growing B2B business investing heavily in technology, AI and growth. They now need a commercially driven Digital Marketing Manager to build a measurable lead generation engine.
This is a senior, high-impact role with genuine influence.
The role
You’ll own the digital marketing function end-to-end, working closely with leadership to drive pipeline growth, improve performance and maximise ROI.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys making things happen.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimise Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns
- Improve cost per lead, lead quality and campaign ROI
- Lead SEO strategy and grow inbound enquiries
- Improve visibility in AI-generated search results
- Own GA4, attribution and conversion tracking
- Build clear dashboards and performance reports
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and data tools to identify prospects
- Improve website conversion rates, landing pages and lead journeys
What we’re looking for
- Proven success in digital marketing within a B2B environment
- Strong Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads experience
- Hands-on GA4, analytics and reporting skills
- Strong SEO knowledge
- Commercial mindset with focus on revenue growth
- Comfortable in a fast-paced SME environment
- Able to combine strategy with execution
