Love big brands? Obsessed with detail? Thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment?
- We’re looking for a commercially minded Designer to bring world-famous licensed brands to life across product, packaging, and retail ranges.
- From Pokémon and Warner to Hasbro, Mattel, Minecraft (and more), you’ll own projects from brief to final artwork, working closely with licensors, internal teams, and Far East suppliers to deliver standout, on-brand designs that hit shelves worldwide.

- A well established and highly respected leading supplier of fun and creative branded gift and home products, our client supplies an impressive base major UK retailers including grocers and high street retailers.
- With an excellent history of creative design, knowledge, reliability, agility and trust, they have excellent market presence.
The Role:
This is an exciting, hands-on position where you will:
- Take full ownership of multiple design projects from concept to production.
- Create eye-catching product concepts, packaging, flat artwork, mock-ups and presentations.
- Deliver print-ready, error-free artwork (you love a checklist!).
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all work meets licensor guidelines.
- Manage licensor approvals and feedback with confidence.
- Liaise daily with Far East suppliers on samples, finishes, and innovation.
- Balance creativity with commercial reality, cost targets and retail needs.
- Support and inspire Junior Designers.
The Person:
- 3+ years’ experience in Licensed Product Development.
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
- Strong artwork ability (style guides, cutter guides, barcodes, die-lines – yes please)
- Experience liaising with Far East suppliers and factories a distinct advantage
