Job Description:
To £43,500 + £4,000 Bonus + Car
Covering Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire and Northants.
Inheriting an established customer base in the East Midlands, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager / Regional Account Manager to continue to maintain long term relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities.
Responsibilities Will Include:
- Account management of key customers within construction, plant and tool hire and groundcare building strong relationships and exploring new opportunities.
- Provide expert advice on the company’s range of plant machinery and services, working closely with the internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.
- Identify new business opportunities working closely with our supply partners on new product innovation and environmental solutions.

A very well established and respected manufacturer and distributor of groundcare machinery, plant and power tools.
Key Skills/Experience Required:
We are looking for an experienced field sales professional with a background of
account management and new business development within the plant hire, construction or groundcare sectors. From your CV and we hope to see:
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- A hands-on approach including site visits and demonstrations.
- Excellent territory planning and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and build relationships with customers using strong communication skills.
Salary/Benefits Information:
- Base salary to £43,500 plus £4,000 in additional benefits.
- Fully expensed company car, full product training and ongoing management support.
