The Role:
- The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing sales strategies across a territory covering Ireland (both ROI and N Ireland), along with some parts of Scotland. Responsible for sales to independent retail and wholesale customers that range from gift, greetings, stationery and toy retailers to garden centres and visitor/tourist attractions.
- This position will manage a well-established and high performing range of existing customers whilst actively developing new business opportunities.
The Person:
- Living in Ireland, the ideal candidate will offer:
- Successful track record of profitable sales delivery ideally in the Retail / Garden Centre / Wholesale sector.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills and be able to work to tight deadlines.
- Analytical skills.
- Proficient IT skills.
