- A leading multinational insurance broker is seeking an experienced Senior Account Handler to lead a high-performing Commercial Schemes Team.

The Opportunity:
- Based in their Croydon office, with flexible hybrid working, this position is ideal for a proven Schemes Account Handler with previous experience leading a team.
- As a Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for supervising, mentoring, and supporting the team to achieve individual and collective targets, while maintaining a positive and inclusive team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, support, and inspire a team to exceed performance targets including income growth, retention, and conversion.
- Deliver regular coaching and development sessions to drive individual and team performance.
- Produce accurate and insightful management reports covering sales, retention, source of business, and conversion data.
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies and procedures, including required authorisations.
- Handle escalated client issues and complaints in collaboration with the compliance team.
- Prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with both clients and colleagues.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in Schemes Insurance, gained within either broking or underwriting.
- Prior experience leading or supervising a team.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making, influencing, and negotiation abilities.
- High level of commercial awareness and analytical thinking.
- Minimum Cert CII qualification (or equivalent).
