Field Service Engineer – Hot & Cold Beverage Equipment

The Role:

As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional service and technical support to customers across London and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities include:

• Visiting customer sites to install, service, maintain and repair beverage equipment
• Working with a range of machines, including bean-to-cup, espresso coffee machines, and juice dispensers
• Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults
• Accurately completing all relevant service documentation
• Acting as a brand ambassador by providing first-class customer service

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a field service engineer role
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Experience within the coffee, juice, or HORECA sector is desirable but not essential

What’s On Offer:

• £38,000 - £42,000 basic salary (based on experience and skill set)
