Description

This well-established Financial Planning practice are looking to recruit a Mortgage Administrator/Case Handler to join their team.

 

The Role


This role will see you provide administrative support to the Mortgage Advisors, with duties including:

  • Deal with client enquiries
  • Book appointments for advisers
  • Liaise with Mortgage providers and clients to ensure the smooth processing of mortgage applications through to completion and chasing where necessary to avoid delays.
  • Liaise with Insurance Companies and the clients to ensure smooth processing of protection business chasing where necessary to ensure policies are in place.
  • Produce suitability letters for protection cases as appropriate.
  • ·         Keeping the company database up to date, ensuring that all tasks allocated to you on the system are reviewed daily.
  • Take responsibility for dealing with client ‘issues’ in order to achieve a satisfactory conclusion.
  • Assist with any administrative or office based tasks as deemed appropriate.

 

This is a full time, office-based role 9am-5pm Monday-Friday.

 

The Candidate

 

The suitable candidate will have previous experience within Mortgage or Protection and be familiar with the processes and regulations involved in the industry.


Salary and Additional Information


Salary circa £25,000 per annum

25 days holiday

 

Pension

Death in service (3 x salary) after probationary period

Parking available at the office.
