Job Description: National Accounts Manager
- Package: negotiable base salary + performance bonus + car options + 25 days holiday + pension + health insurance
- This a new role created in response to recent sales growth and continued ambition to expand the business through the grocery channel
The New National Accounts Manager Will Be Responsible For:
- Developing and implementing plans that will achieve sales, margin and customer service standards across a portfolio of grocery and high street retail multiples.
- Cultivating strong relationships with national account buyers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Negotiating trading agreements with to maximise mutual value
- Analyse category trends and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
- Monitor and report on sales performance providing regular updates to senior management.
- This is a home-based, hybrid role with one day each week at head office.

Candidate profile: National Accounts Manager
- To maximise our success and customer service standards in this role we are looking for:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a National Accounts Manager selling to buyers in multiple grocery, high street or DIY retailers.
- A proven track record of sales development and margin management.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into actions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills. High attention to detail.
Salary/Benefits Information:
- As well as a basic salary that reflects the importance of the role, the job holder will enjoy a performance based bonus scheme, fully expensed company car or car allowance, 25 days holiday, pension and healthcare benefits and all support required to be home-based.
