About the Role:
Working within the state-of-the-art professional coffee division, you will be responsible for delivering face to face installation and additional training on bean to cup machines to customers, as well as supporting the National Account team with the management of customer accounts and conducting periodic audits within your region (The North). Specific duties will include:
- Delivering face to face on-site install training on a wide range of bean to cup machines
- Support service-related issues by delivering site coaching and troubleshooting
- Complete all necessary paperwork relating to training sessions and update systems accordingly
- Ensuring drink quality is to customer satistfaction
- Work closely with other teams in order to cross – sell, up-sell and manage existing accounts
- Support with onsite customer auditing
- Carry out monthly compliance and quality audits
- Carry out monthly site consumables stock audit for individual customers
- Work with the sales team to ensure machine trials run smoothly and successfully
- Setting up tailored configurations and menus for customers
- Carry out site visits and surveys prior to installations and report any issues
Key Skills/Experience Required:
In order to be considered for the role of Coffee Trainer/Auditor you must possess the following;
- A genuine interest in and passion for coffee
- Ideally some previous experience working within the coffee industry
- A full UK driving license
- Based in or near Leeds/Manchester
- A professional approach with a smart appearance
- The ability to communicate effectively face to face
- Good problem – solving/solution finding skills
- Able to stay away overnight occasionally
