About the Role:
- You will become part of a small but dynamic team, one which plays an important role in the continued growth and development of the business.
- Supporting the Marketing Manager in implementing the marketing strategy across various brands and group companies.
- Creating and managing annual marketing plans across all companies within the group.
- Managing various third party and introducer relationships including co-ordinating marketing activities.
- Co-ordinating with the Marketing Assistant to ensure all activities in the marketing plans are completed in a timely manner.
- Acting as lead co-ordinator on all events.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with lead generation goals.
Digital Marketing:
- Manage and optimize online channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website content.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Analyse digital marketing metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Content Creation:
- Develop engaging and informative content for various platforms, including blog posts, articles, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling product-related content.
Brand Management:
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and campaigns.
- Monitor brand reputation and implement strategies to enhance brand image.
Event Management:
- Plan and coordinate industry events, webinars, and conferences to promote brand awareness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
Key Skills/Experience Required:
- Marketing experience is required.
- A degree in Marketing, (or related field) or hold a CIM qualification..
- Experience within consumer marketing and digital, marketing is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
Salary/Benefits Information:
- Salary: up to £35,000 + Bonus.
- Funding for further CIM exams plus bonus for passing them.
