Lualdi are a global business specialising in the design of bespoke doors, entry solutions and furnishings for residential, business and hospitality interior settings.
Location: London, UK
Lualdi UK is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales assistant to join their dynamic team in London. As a member of the growing team, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects across London and the UK, collaborating with a talented team. This role will involve providing support in project coordination, administrative tasks, and day-to-day sales operations, ensuring the highest quality customer care.
Role Overview:
As a Sales assistant, you will work in a supportive capacity, assisting the team with the administrative aspects of projects, organising samples, liaising with clients, and coordinating showroom/office activities. Reporting to the General Manager and the Branch Manager, you will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and managing day-to-day product sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the coordination of projects from initial enquiry through installation.
- Compile quotes and process orders accurately.
- Receive and verify order acknowledgements against placed orders.
- Check invoices and liaise with the logistic team to coordinate deliveries.
- Prepare samples and presentations for client meetings.
- Maintain ongoing communication to address changes, design issues, or time/budget constraints.
Job Qualifications:- Previous experience in the design industry is beneficial.
- Graduate degree in design/architecture is a plus.
- Comfortable and confident in Mac OS and Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); basic InDesign skills are advantageous.
- Excellent design and presentation skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Highly motivated and target driven.
- Flexible and adaptable to continuous change and growth.
- Interest in design and the creative industries.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English; Italian as a second language is a plus.
