- Job Description:
- Provide a support service for all private client recommendations and reviews made by the consultant team.
- Research products, funds and providers in addition to contributing to the investment committee.
- Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations on the conduct of business, as well as the company's internal administrative requirements.
- Assist compliance to help protect client, adviser and firm to ensure recommendations produced meet with current legislation.
- Liaising with consultants and members of the investment committee.
- Support the recommendation and giving of advice to private clients, support where necessary the implementation of recommendation at Managers discretion.
- Provide analysis, monitoring and reporting as required by leadership team.
- Assisting with trust requirements.
- Provide and be responsible for paraplanning for clients' 'needs', including research, solution design (in conjunction with a consultant) report writing.

Key Skills/Experience Required:- Excellent pension, investment and tax planning knowledge
- Superb communication skills (written and verbal) that are effective and meet business needs.
- Ability to prioritise and organise own workload.
- Excellent team working skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
- Ability to apply own judgement and experience when making decisions or speaking to clients and at the same time, knowing when to refer to consultant.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to work without supervision.
- IT skills commensurate with computer packages used such as MS Office.
- Excellent and effective delegation skills.
- Ability to retain information relating to products and markets available.
