Description
Are you a results-focused and detail-oriented professional seeking a new opportunity in Wealth Management? My client, a dynamic and forward-thinking firm located in North Bristol, is currently looking for a dedicated individual to join their team.
 
Role Overview:
  • Your primary responsibility will be to provide crucial support to my client's Partners and Advisers, delivering high-quality, accurate, and timely administration services.
  • Your focus will be on the comprehensive management of the review meeting process.
 
Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal (with clients and team members).
  • Strong quality management skills with acute attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Office 365, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with Standard Life Wrap, IO, Dynamic Planner, and other provider platforms.
 
Knowledge:
  • Understanding of the FCA’s rules and requirements.
  • Detailed knowledge of the FCA’s and my client's record-keeping requirements.
  • Broad knowledge of the financial services sector.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Stay updated on new platforms, technical, or legislative changes in the marketplace.
  • Adhere to my client's compliance, training and competence, complaints, and data security policies/procedures.
  • Ensure fair treatment of clients at all times.
  • Collaborate within a team to provide clients with a professional ongoing financial planning experience.
  • Constantly seek to improve business processes and contribute ideas for enhancement.
  • Demonstrate a "get it right first time" attitude.
  • Agree and achieve objectives set during appraisals.
