Our client are a rapidly growing, market leading business, who due to continued success are looking to add an Underwriting Schemes Manager to their team.
There are several parts to the role:
- The Management of a number of Delegated Underwriting Authority Schemes
- The profitable underwriting and management of those schemes.
- Leadership of a team of underwriters.
- Ideally the ability to negotiate, analyse, and conduct profitability testing and analysis of schemes (existing and new) with the view of getting them onto a quote and buy digital platform.
Qualifications & Experience
Underwriting experience, ideally with Delegated Underwriting experience, either from within a broking or underwriting environment.
Experience of working with an using electronic quote and buy software.
Cert CII qualification an advantage not essential.
